It was a marvelous evening with the John Hoey Trio. They brought the Great American Songbook to life right in front of those who attended. Modeled after the Nat King Cole Trio, we saw piano, bass, and John Hoey playing guitar and singing. Those attending took a trip down memory lane with some timeless standards and a few other surprises.
Lea Bassant is a Haverford High student with an amazing voice, a stellar musical presence, and a memorable presentation.

The Cafe is a project of New Avenue Foundation, a nonprofit organization begun by Jim Wurster. Their goal is to enrich the community and the lives of our employees, providing them the opportunity to showcase their abilities and value as individuals.
